Both engagements include daily accounting and reconciliation, a full weekly CFO review, monthly close and management reporting, and AI and automation. Choose the level around the decisions and deliverables you need.

Strategic CFO includes CFO Core. The proposal defines the models, packs and strategic workstreams required, their delivery schedule and the CFO involvement supporting them.
How the fee is set
Starting fees are for an entry scope. Your proposal sets out the entities, transaction volumes, reporting requirements, countries, systems and strategic deliverables covered by the monthly engagement.
It also specifies the start date, transition work, payment terms, engagement duration and notice arrangements. Changes to responsibilities or fees are agreed before additional work begins.
AI and automation are part of how we run the function. The proposal identifies the implementation priorities and the software required to support them.
Historical accounting clean-up, substantial migrations, specialist tax or legal advisers, third-party software subscriptions and dedicated transaction projects are not automatically included in the starting monthly fee. Their scope and pricing are stated separately in the proposal.
Our service does not provide an independent statutory audit or legal advice. We prepare records and coordinate with your auditor or legal adviser. Local tax returns and statutory submissions are included only when expressly assigned in the engagement.
